We are looking for individuals who can join our offices in offices in Seattle, Portland, Detroit, California (Northern and Southern), Dallas, and Houston.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities that foster growth across the Seattle, Portland, Detroit, California (Northern and Southern), Dallas, and Houston markets.

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base, increase revenue, and maximize profitability
  • Grow and maintain the national account relationship
  • Increase the production of your subagent community through education, tool refinement, promotion, and quality customer service

Experience:

  • Business Development Manager experience: 5 years (Preferred)

We are looking for individuals who are fluent in Spanish, Vietnamese, Tamil, Chinese, or Hindi to provide exceptional service to our diverse clientele.

Primary Responsibilities:

The responsibility of the Bilingual Travel Agent will be to provide clients with the best deals on travel, tours, packages, etc. Your daily tasks will include the sales aspect of the agency, such as fielding questions from clients, booking travel deals, and ensuring customers receive excellent service.

About You:

  • Must have 2+ years of experience working in a consolidator travel agency environment
  • Ability to work full-time
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must have knowledge of GDS travel software: Sabre, Amadeus, and/or Worldspan
  • Multilingual speaking English and Spanish, Vietnamese, Tamil, Chinese, or Hindi required

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities and growth initiatives
  • Create, maintain, analyze, and review reports and statistics as required by the Organizational Leader
  • Represent the company at customer/supplier events, trade fairs, and industry conferences
  • Leverage airline waivers to maximize profits and improve operational efficiency
  • Support and contribute to the company’s strategic development plans
  • Coordinate with suppliers as necessary for assistance and waivers
  • Regularly review supplier performance statistics and identify potential improvement areas

Primary Responsibilities:

The Product Analyst will be responsible for creating an environment oriented to trust and have open communication, creative thinking, and operational excellence to meet and exceed commercial targets.

  • Manage Auto-Robot Programs – Functional Oversight
    • Oversee the functionality and performance of all auto-robot programs
    • Ensure that automation solutions align with business objectives and operational needs
    • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise in robotic processes
  • Requirement Gathering and Coordination with Operations
    • Work closely with Operations teams to understand business requirements and process inefficiencies
    • Collect and analyze feedback from end-users to identify areas for automation improvement
    • Translate operational needs into functional system requirements
  • Manage Changes and Updates to Robotic Workflows
    • Oversee modifications and enhancements to existing robotic programs
    • Ensure that updates are implemented efficiently and align with business objectives
    • Conduct testing and validation of changes to maintain accuracy and effectiveness
  • Collaboration with Development Team
    • Act as a bridge between business teams and developers to define how the system should function
    • Provide detailed functional requirements to ensure development aligns with business needs
    • Participate in technical discussions to evaluate feasibility and potential challenges 
  • Documentation and Business Requirement Definition (BRDs)
    • Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for robotic programming initiatives
    • Ensure that all requirements are well-documented, clear, and aligned with business goals
    • Update BRDs as changes and enhancements are made 
  • Functional Documentation and Team Reference Materials
    • Develop functional documents to serve as reference materials for internal teams
    • Maintain detailed documentation on system functionalities, workflows, and best practices
    • Ensure documentation is up to date and accessible for training and troubleshooting purposes

Primary Responsibilities:

The GDS Specialist will be responsible for creating an environment oriented to trust and have open communication, creative thinking, and operational excellence to meet and exceed commercial targets.

  • Manage special projects as assigned by top management
  • Assist data team to ensure correct fare rules are adhered to
  • Accountable for reporting missing airline content via email or website and downloading backend contracts and agreements from specific airline’s portals
  • Accountable for managing Sabre, Amadeus, and Travelport systems for sub agents; including order, setup, delivery, and troubleshooting of these systems
  • Accountable for setting up bridging access for sub agents to ensure proper access to net fares and booking privileges
  • Accountable for ordering and processing web service clients to ensure proper API setup for personalized website booking engine access
  • Analyze billing, statement segment credit, and advise billable cost by agency
  • Analyze and educate organization with new features introduced by GDS or airline industry
  • Administer access rights for TPS, ensure accuracy for uploaded contracts, and troubleshoot uploaded content
  • Manage and order new or existing mobile phone lines
  • Other job duties as assigned

 Core Competencies:

  • Excellent knowledge of at least two GDS
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PPT
